Story of Flute
At the time of Dwaparyug, when Lord Krishna was born in the earth, then the gods and goddesses changed their look as they started coming to the earth from time to time. In this race Lord Shiva himself was not going to stay behind, he also looked forward to coming to earth to meet his beloved God.
But he stopped for a moment thinking that if he was going to meet Krishna, he should also take some gifts with him. Now they started getting upset thinking that which gift should be taken which may be dear to Lord Krishna and he will keep it always be with him.
Then Mahadev Shiva remembered that he had the great and powerful bones of sage Dadhichi. Sage Dadhichi is the same great sage who gave up his body for religion and donated all the bones of his powerful body. With the help of those bones, Vishwakarma created the three bow vines for Indra which are Pinak, Gandiv, and Sharang. Mahadev Shivji made a beautiful and beautiful flute by grinding that bone. When Shiva reached Gokul to meet Lord Shri Krishna, he offered the flute as a gift to Shri Krishna with his blessings. From that time Lord Krishna always keeps the flute with him.
Shree Krishna’s Words in Geeta
One of the most fascinating things about the bhagavad-gita are the last words of the Lord Krishna, this is why I’m Narayana the Lord Himself speaking to a dear friend a close relation somebody who has surrendered to him somebody who has asked for guidance on what to do he has spoken to him for 17 chapters telling him what he should be doing. He has done everything he can to convince him that the right thing for Arjuna to do is to fight this war. Having put in all that effort having explained so much to his dear friend who was receptive to him who is going to who is willing to listen to what he has to say. He makes that statement that shows the greatness of spiritually evolved people he says to Arjuna, Arjuna I’ve told you all that I have had to say now “Yatha ichessy Tatha kuru” means as you desire do thus. I have told you everything I needed to say now you decide for yourself what you need to do this is a crucial battle this is a battle that krishna has prepared for.
This is a battle where if Arjuna walks out the battle is over because nobody else can fight the great warriors on the cover aside. Arjuna is the main person fighting this war from the Pandavas side and if he says I’m off the wars over their side has lost though it’s so crucial though it’s so important, though everything hinges on Arjuna says that I will fight Krishna has the magnanimity has the objectivity has the detachment to say I have told you all that I can tell you, now do as you please imagine a loved one of yours has to take a decision how much would you impinge upon him how much would you longed for him to decide in a particular way how much would you strive for that. Krishna says do what you please this capacity to work to your hilt to do everything that’s necessary to be done to actually leave no stone unturned and yet be at complete peace with the outcome whatever it maybe this is the hallmark of spirituality it is known as objectivity for every human being can only do so much it is his responsibility to do that so much but what will eventually happen does not depend on anyone individual but on the collective what everybody has all worked towards so this capacity in us to work to them very hilt and then leave the rest that kind of objectivity that kind of greatness was shown by Krishna in his last words in the Gita Yatha ichessy Tatha kuru.
Krishna and The Fruit Seller
One day while Krishna was playing with Balaram, and his other friends. He heard the voice of a woman cried out in the street, Fruits, bananas, mangoes, oranges, Guavas, Fruits, Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Guavas. Immediately Krishna wanted to buy some of them. When the fruit seller saw Krishna, She became completely absorbed in his wonderful sight. Oh dear lady! I want to eat fruits. Give me some of them. What will you give me in return? But he had no money. His excited eyes noticed a huge stack of grains equipped nearby.” He collected a handful of grains in his tiny hands and ran to the street. The fruit seller was waiting outside the gate. I have brought lots of grains with me, You can take them for the fruits.
Oh boy! There are no grains in your hands. Krishna looked at his hands and was surprised to see that all the grains were gone. The fruit seller looked at the Krishna’s face and said, If u call me mother, and sit on my lap You may take all the fruits that you like. Krishna looked around to see, Is anyone was around? He quickly jumped into the Lady’s lap and said “Mother”. Then, immediately he jumped out of the lap and demanded, Maa, you should give me the fruits The fruit seller Lady was delighted. She wanted to give him everything all of the fruits. He held fruits against his chest both hands and went off dancing as small boys. When she went home and looked into her basket, She could not believe her eyes, The basket was full of jewels and golds. By performing this miracle, Krishna showed, that anything offered to him with love and affection, Returns to the devotees, a thousandfold increased.
